They upgrade our room to a suite with 2 queen beds. The suite was nice but the bathtub drain was slow to drain. The floor we stayed on, had the smell of mold when getting off the elevator. The hotel was located in a great location to get to the river cruises and tour some of the local bourbon shops.

Hotel is beautiful, perfect location, friendly staff. Only one coffee shop/ grab-go-food, in hotel located in the conservatory, I waited 40 minutes for a coffee. Another coffee shop needs to be located in each tower for the morning hours.

Not guaranteed a night even with reservation
Even though I had a reservation, I was told the room was not ready even at the time of check in. This was for my wedding night. I showed them my confirmation number and they said the room wasn't ready. I asked when it would be ready, because I had to drop off stuff for the wedding night. They shrugged and offered to downgrade me to ensure a stay. Granted, I've had the reservation for almost a year. They downgraded our stay and said it was the only way to get a room. The room had dirty sheets and no bathroom amenities. Really, really disappointed in the stay.

Clean and fresh
A spotlessly clean and fresh feel to the entire property. Staff were great. Great location right on the river. My only complaint about my early September stay is that all ball rooms and conference rooms were dreadfully cold due to very robust air conditioning.
