So good I almost don't want to share...
I travel to Louisville about every three months and always stay here. Good breakfast, great service, clean, quiet... the room has a kitchen with microwave, dishes, fridge, sink, glasses and flatware. There is a separate "living room" with desk, sofa, chair, coffee table and TV. The bedroom is separate from the rest with a door and has it's own TV. The bathroom has a magnifying mirror! It's like having an apartment for a few days. The clientele seem to be mainly utility workers who get up and go to bed early. They are quiet - which makes me happy. :-) Love this place!

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the step up to get into the shower was quite high and there was no handicap bar to hang onto. They should consider adding one. Very simple fix

The exhuast in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine, the AC was extremely loud, we could people flushing their toilet upstairs and adjacent room quite laud and clear. Disturbed sleep both nights.

The value for the money is great. The property condition is older. I had a smoke alarm that was beeping. There were no batteries in the building according to the front desk worker. I stayed an Monday through Friday and this was never fixed after mentioning twice.
