Only gave us 1 towel for shower. The air conditioner/fan sounded louder than the planes landing at the airport. Front lobby had water and coffee but... it was always empty. Breakfast had no water or milk. They never replenished anything. And bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Definitely wasted money staying there. 👎👎👎✊️

Safe & Clean... pay for breakfast elsewhere.
This hotel would have 5 stars from me if not for the breakfast. The turkey sausage and eggs I literally spit out they tasted so bad, and the coffee if you can call it that was basically water. That being said, the hotel was super clean, beds were very comfy, safe, and in a great location especially if you are going to a UofL football game! Would stay here again and just go out to breakfast which we ended up doing anyways!

Worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at, place is disgusting, especially for the price. Proximity to the Kentucky Expo center and Louisville football stadium are good, but we didn’t even stay the night with the poor condition of the room.
