Worst Holiday Inn Iā€™ve ever stayed at, place is disgusting, especially for the price. Proximity to the Kentucky Expo center and Louisville football stadium are good, but we didnā€™t even stay the night with the poor condition of the room.

Room was halfway cleaned. Toilet was barely flushing Bathroom floor tiles were all loose. Ice bucket had used wet bag inside. Had chalk/powder hand prints allover the room surfaces. Lighting is so dim you hardly see anything. Nice property but poorly maintained Non smoke rooms but have a funny smell they need to deodorize the rooms at least before you check in

The restaurant is ā€œcurrently closedā€ so do not pay for a dinner or breakfast option as you will not receive a reduced rate when you check in and they tell you that all amenities are unavailable. Pool is ā€œcurrently closed.ā€ Parking is ā€œat your own risk.ā€ Hotel is very near airport and airplanes taking off and landing will rattle the windows at all hours and during the night. Hotel looks very run down, stains on carpeting, peeling wall paper, cracks in sinks, toilets that make loud racket when flushing. Odd odor of cat urine in room possible from water damage in walls, carpeting, and ceiling. You have to run the A/C at full blast or room becomes unbearably humid adding to odor. Elevator is hot and humid and wreaks of marijuana, as well as hallways. The bathroom jn the room appeared clean though also had an odd odor. Staff is pleasant enough but some will act inconvenienced when you want to check in or check out.
