GT GAME
Our stay was perfect We went foe the ball game and to see and do Louisville. The hotel was centrally located for our needs. Our room was very clean and the bed was perfect. We had an ice maker on our floor and the tv had the other games on. We didn't eat at the hotel. Parking was plentyful. We had no problems at all...WE WILL STAY AGAIN!!

This is an atypical hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was down to earth and friendly. The hotel has no pretense. Felt like a real throw back to a better time. And the fried chicken lunch is an amazing bargain and very good. Thank you all.

At least half the hotel turned out to be a homeless rehab center, with random boxes stacked in the reception area and down the hallways, where people loitered. The physical hotel had a pleasingly retro feel except for the food areas which were unmanned and looked barely stocked. It did feel clean, and the staff was nice. People loitered and sat drinking on the streets around the hotel and there was nothing to walk to but a McDonald’s. The parking lot did have an attendant but my spouse did not feel safe so we never checked in and went to another hotel for the night though it was too late to cancel. If I was alone I probably would have stayed the night, but I can’t say I wasn’t a little nervous too.

The hotel was dated. Our room was clean. Towels were horrible and we were not offered fresh ones all weekend. I am disabled, And no one offered assistance getting to my room. Breakfast was a joke. The only thing that was offered was donuts. I think they were frozen then defrosted. They were not anywhere near fresh. And for those of us that cannot eat sugar things for breakfast. We where SOL. That did not even offer fruit or anything healthy at all.

An utter hellhole. Unless you’re seeking a prostitution and/or drug den this place is absolutely not for you. No one seems to work there, no one picks up at front desk or management. The room wasn’t filthy, but 60 year old hotel carpet was disgusting. TV did not work. Weird people hangin around…DO NOT STAY HERE. I can’t believe I even paid what I paid.

This location, you can tell was amazing in its glory days. But unfortunately was not kept up. Carpets are loose and coming up, breakfast was lacking, but still free. Wish I could have seen it in its glory days.

We had trouble getting our tv to work and after a couple of day our toilet would flush and had to be fix. The breakfast didn't have tea or other things the eat most of the time.

This property is under going major renovations thanks to government grant. This hotel is one of a kind in regards to helping out the disadvantaged and in need. God bless you and keep up the great work. Clean, quiet and friendly.
