We absolutely loved this hotel. It was like stepping into a museum. They have an awesome pool area and delicious, fun dining. They even had a huge coffee shop and stylish boutique where you can make a hat. We absolutely recommend staying here.

One of the best hotel experiences ever
We visited the Omni on a girls trip to celebrate our birthdays and over 40 years of friendship. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to do one in this case. From the moment we checked in we were well taken care of. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The front desk were amazing, quick, and so friendly. Our room was ready even though we were early. The views were amazing from the 12th floor overlooking the pool. They had a birthday gift bag left in our room while we were gone to dinner. They went out of their way to be sure we had a fabulous stay! We also visited the Mokara Spa and it was the best experience as well: welcoming, attentive, clean, friendly, just wonderful!

Huge property with plenty of on-site choices for drink and food along with walking distance to the main Bourbon Row street. This was also an easy place to day trip to the other nearby regions with distilleries. One of the best things about this hotel is the rooftop lap pool and large hot tub.

Rude reception staff
Great pool and bar, great cleaning staff but the complete rudeness of reception scores it low here. The check out agent Kevin was very rude when we left, and despite contacting the hotel manager we received no response from our email. Avoid this place until they train their staff better and get a better check out system

Don’t really recommend based on price and parking you have to pay outrageously for and now free parking even for the price you pay. They have hidden fees they don’t tell or list about which is not great. Having an almost extra random 150$ hidden fee is not something you want told about as soon as they already charged your card. Its 45$ for not great valet parking and then 22$ a day for the garage out back that is apart of city parking and not even the hotel parking.
