A true roach motel
Well the staff was amazing but the room had an infestation of roaches the TV did not work the refrigerator did not work there was no microwave it was dirty it had no towels I don't think I'll be staying there ever again I was afraid that roaches were going to hitch a ride in my bags

The person who checked me in and helped was extremely friendly. I booked a double bed, was originally given a single bed room that reeked of urine. Thankfully, we were able to get a double bed room, with no odor. All in all, it's a cheap place to sleep.

This is the worse place I have ever seen in my life… the was bugs everywhere, and the app said free breakfast, and swimming pool. There was men outside partying, and was yelling things at me when I walked to the office.

I got ripped off. I changed rooms the night before because they didn't have a air conditioner that ran properly and roaches galore, then they had the nerve to charge me double. I went to pay the next morning the called the police on my boyfriend because we demanded an explanation. By the way we have all the reciepts

Rooms are disgusting the bathroom looks like a crackhouse. You got random people just laying around like it's the hood. Was there less than 5 min and now they don't want to give me a refund.

This property is one step from being condemned. And it should!! The property was dingy, and had roaches. I was disgusted. It took me over an hour just to pack to ensure that no roaches got into my bag. While the limited staff I spoke to seemed really nice, I never got any service, nor did they come up and replace the towels or redo the bed. I'm normally not the type to leave reviews, but this property was so bad I had to say something. The elevator didn't work, they had no public bathrooms. I had to go by the dumpster in order to relieve myself only to see several homeless people doing drugs a few feet away in the wooded area. They literally had a make shift hang out back there. I cam down for the Kentucky Derby and I plan to come back, but I will be staying in Louisville. The sad part is there was a motel 6 right never door which was 10x better and cleaner, but their price was out of my price range. By far the nastiest motel I've ever stayed at.
