I call this one not everything is black and white some things are fifty shades of Gray. As unique as the first two, this penthouse loft in the center of downtown Louisville will not disappoint.

The dreamiest master bedroom you'll ever see.
There's a second bedroom in the loft which walks out onto the roof. Floor to ceiling windows tinted for privacy.
A third bed in the living space for extra guests.
Walk to 4th St live, museums, restaurants , live music venues. Close to bourbon tours, college sports, Churchill Downs, whiskey row, KY Center for the Arts, the Yum center, KY Expo and KY Kingdom.

Great downtown spot!
Arrival instructions were more involved than expected, but the host provided plain, detailed directions.The inside of the apartment was spectacular! Stylish, modern, neat, well-equipped, and spotless. Great location for our visit to Louisville!The terrace was listed as private, but that was misleading. There are at least 6-8 units that are side by side and the terrace has no dividers between the ā€œprivateā€ areas. Nothing to block the line of sight nor someone from walking into our ā€œprivateā€ area from theirs.
