Overall, this property was close to what I expected based on the price; however, the doorknob broke off to the bathroom on our second night of the stay and my roommate was stuck in the bathroom for a few minutes until I was able to get the door open. Location was fairly convenient, but it was not located in the safest area, and the beds were both pretty creaky from the metal frames. However, if youā€™re looking for an inexpensive place to stay with two people for a short period, it is a good deal.

Close to everything
We were scheduled for a Basketball tournament I had booked way in advance because of issues if we wait we may not be able to find a place. This was a GREAT PLACE & LOCATION! We were close to everything we wanted to do/ go experience. We had enough room for everyone! Owner was responsive to any of our questions. We will DEFINITELY be coming back specially when visiting friends & family out hereā™„ļø

Very nice, as described
We were in Kentucky for an event at the Expo Center. We are very happy with our stay. The house was clean and well maintained. All furnishings appeared new, as did flooring and paint. A few weeks before our stay, I found out we did not need to stay as long as anticipated. I contacted the property owner and was immediately refunded for the extra 3 days I did not need. Check in was smooth and easy. I have NO complaints. Thank you! We hope to be back again next year!
