Heart of NuLu in Louisville, Kentucky
Very nice hotel in the heart of the NuLu neighborhood of Louisville Kentucky. The bed were too soft for my comfort but room was clean. Had a rooftop restaurant that was not open due to the hotel being a new construction.

Nice but disappointed
We booked the hotel, knowing that it was supposedly in the location close to everything. The staff were phenomenal. The only bad review that I have is when we book through Hotels.com it stated that we got free parking and free breakfast which I paid for extra and although it stated that that was Charged but then they took off the parking but we still had to pay for the breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was so loud that it interrupted my sleep and it’s 7 AM on Monday morning. The construction crew was right outside our window building a garage next-door. Although this was a beautiful hotel around it or less than acceptable, I believe I would stay at this particular hotel.

Good stay, nice amenities like exercise room. Great access to parking garage. Nice and helpful staff. One of the front desk ladies extended our parking pass for an extra hour so we wouldn't have to move our car. We were there for a visit to Rabbit Hole.

I just didn’t like it didn’t have a pool nor a microwave on property.. and that it cost 20 dollars a day to park already paying for expensive room plus 75 a day incidental fees just a lot of extra money to not have everything to enjoy
