Clean and very friendly at front desk! Enjoy staying here on our way to FL so we stayed on way back too. Easy off of freeway as well. Colors in Tru are soothing and refreshing to relax, thank you.

No true dining available. We asked for guidance and the front desk was of little help. We took a chance and went into Louisville, unable to locate ANY parking (not TRU’s fault)-probably a cool area for locals who know the ins/outs. Hotel backs up to an Amazon facility that was active the entirety of our stay.

My hjusband and I didn’t think much of this style hotel. We are educated but couldn’t figure out how to use the shower. The breakfast was unimpressive but the worst but hearing every thud of the family moving around upstairs above our heads. No good at all. If sleep is important to you, don’t stay here.
