In the heart of the village: 3 small detached houses with garden and parking space

The Maisons du Grand Pré is first a large shaded garden, fully enclosed, which opens onto a small quiet square in the heart of Lourmarin. In this garden, a main house with living room (sofa bed 140), kitchen and terrace and a large room (25 m2 bed 160), then, in separate buildings, two rooms (25 m2 twin beds and 19 m2 bed 160) and only a small office.

By the charming street of Grand Pré we walk down to the center of the village where we find all the shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

Each room has a bathroom and a toilet or, for the least, shower and toilet. An additional toilet is adjoining the living room.

The living room with its separate kitchen overlooks the shaded terrace. It is designed to easily accommodate 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped.

In the garden, a large sheltered summer lounge allows you to read, rest, or have an aperitif.

The independent laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Charming property in the heart of the village
We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in LOURMARIN. The property is very well located in the village with shops, restaurants and cafes on our doorstep. Decorated in an authentic French style, the house was cosy, welcoming and very well equipped. The owner was very helpful on arrival, so we would have no hesitation in recommending this property for its unique features.

Perfect Property / Perfect Location
We spent the entire month at Maisons du Grand Pré in Lourmarin. The location was perfect for our needs as my wife and I hosted (at various times) visits from my sister, our adult son, and several friends. There were three distinct rooms (each with its own bathroom) giving everyone a good measure of privacy. At the same time, we all enjoyed the main living area, kitchen, and outdoor areas when we wanted to get together as a group. The owner was extremely responsive as was the property manager. We only experienced a few very minor problems, the biggest being the clothes dryer which went out after 2-3 uses (we simply resorted to line-drying so just a minor inconvenience). The on-site parking garage was too tight for our car but the nearby free lot (Parking des Cérisiers) was always available at just a short walk away. We never had to use the car to experience the beautiful village of Lourmarin as everything was within easy and pleasant walking distance. The village was also well located for easy day trips to nearby sites (other villages, Aix, Arles, Pont du Gard, Marseille, etc.). Every member of our party felt that this was the perfect property in the perfect location, and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy it (and Lourmarin).

Living in a beautiful village!
The unique arrangement of exterior entrance to each bedroom gives you privacy for 3 adult friends. In quiet part of village but only a few steps away from the Centre, with all the shops and cafes. Joelle was very helpful.

This is a charming place with comfortable rooms and a lovely garden that's perfect for soaking up the sun or reading, talking or eating. Lourmarin is a very pretty town and the countryside is beautiful. It's a great place for a leisurely vacation.

Ett charmigt boende i en väldigt trevlig by. Gångavstånd till bageri, butiker o restauranger men ändå tyst o lugnt (april). Skönt att kunna sitta ute i den lilla trädgården. Flexibelt när man är ett sällskap, med 3 separata ingångar till sovrummen.

Haus mit sehr viel Charme
Das Haus und seine Lage ist perfekt. Absolut ruhig, sehr charmant mit dem halbschattigen Garten, in dem sich u.a. ein großer Feigenbaum und ein Olivenbaum befindet. Durch die Aufteilung der großen Schlafzimmer auf drei Gebäude hatte jeder viel Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein besonderer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen! Wir haben die Tennisplätze in der Nähe sehr genutzt, auch das war toll. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

Ein unerwartetes kleines Paradies
Am Ortsrand von Lourmarin, in einer kleinen Seitengasse, unter einem Torbogen ist ein blaues Tor. Man tritt ein und steht unversehens in einem Traum von meditarranem Garten - mitten im Ort und doch ganz für sich... Auch das Haus bzw. die Häuser stehen diesem nicht nach. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, tw mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. WLAN funktioniert in jedem der Zimmer und auf dem Fernseher kann man auch Netflix und Amazon schauen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.

Le charme de l'ancien
C'est une propriété pleine de charme ancien, "dans son jus". Les grand point fort: la situation, vraiment dans le village de Lourmarin, pittoresque et animé, ainsi que le jardin tres bien ombragé par de beaux arbres anciens. La pergola pour prendre les repas à l'ombre, les chambres spacieuses, la multiplicité des meubles anciens pleins de vaisselle elle aussi plutôt ancienne ou locale et de linge de maison très propres, l'équipement général , Tout cela a donné un bon confort au séjour. daniele, la propriétaire, était très à l'écoute et sympathique. C'est vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix, Avec un petit supplément d'âme.
