Downtown Loveland getaway, just 30 minutes to Estes Park

The White House is a cozy two bedroom home just six blocks from bustling downtown Loveland. Downtown offers gourmet coffee shops and bakeries, restaurants, a movie theater, breweries, Chilson Rec Center, art galleries, live entertainment at the Foundry, and a grocery store. Centrally located, Estes Park is a scenic, 30 minute drive west, and a mere :10 to the TPC Golf course. Fort Collins is just :15 north.
The space
The White House was rebuilt in the 1960's and was recently remodeled. Upon entry to the White House, you'll be greeted with a cozy living room space with comfortable furniture (a pull out sofa) and an electric fireplace. A huge picture window lets in natural light. There is a large smart TV and games in the entertainment center for those stay-at-home evenings.

The dining room is conveniently located between the living room and kitchen, and boasts a table that seats 6 comfortably.

The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials, including brand new appliances, so cooking in is a breeze! A coffee bar is stocked with a variety of coffees and teas.

Bedroom #1 has a king sized bed and a large smart TV, and bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed. The beds are complimented with luxury bedding to make your stay restful.

In the bathroom you will find a large walk-in tiled shower and dual sinks. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided and other amenities are available if needed.

The back yard is the perfect place for yard games or cozying up to the fire pit. With a full patio set, grill and yard games, there's no need to head downtown! But, if night life is more your style, downtown Loveland is just a short walk away.

You will have full access to the entire house. Both the front and back doors have keyless entry. The garage is not available for use.

My husband and I took our daughter, her husband, and their 3month old to Colorado for baby’s first trip. The White House was perfect for our needs. Close to town, an easy drive to the surrounding area. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Cory and Todd were very gracious hosts. Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

Wonderful property. We had all we needed to be comfortable. Had a couple of issues with the fire pit and the hot tub, but the host had it fixed right away after we contacted them. Also, the host had several suggestions on good places to eat. We tried a few and they did not disappoint. Would definitely come back again!

The White House
We took a family vacation to The White House and we will be back! The neighborhood is quiet, close to restaurants, and had everything we need. We loved sitting in the backyard because they created a little oasis! We had our two young kids with us, and they loved playing in the backyard too. Everything was very comfortable and felt like home. Our first stay in Loveland was a huge success because of Cory and the White House.

Perfect home away from home
The White House is a beautiful rental home with all the amenities of home! Loveland is a great location if you plan on visiting Rocky Mtn National Park (& there’s a hot tub in the amazing back yard to soak your sore muscles after hiking all day!) We didn’t make it the few blocks downtown but Lake Loveland is also within walking distance and has a nice walking path to walk along the lake. Everything you could possibly need, store wise, is within a few blocks of the house too. We definitely will stay here again when we return to visit our family just up the road in Fort Collins. It was a pleasure dealing with the Boone’s - they go above and beyond to make sure their home is well appointed and cozy for their guests!
