Plenty of space inside and outside the house to enjoy. The property is close to lots of amenities and tourist attractions but is also quiet enough to spend a relaxing time at home. The property boasts orange trees, banana and coconut trees, lush vegetation and a fish pond. Great place to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature. The kitchen is large and modern with updated appliances and plenty of room to cook your own meals. Dining room comfortably seats 6 people for family dinners. Great little grill across the street where you can pick up delicious food for those days where you don't feel like cooking.
The villa is less than a 2 hour drive to Montego Bay, Sangster Int'l Airport, Ocho Rios and Dunn's River Falls, Negril Beach & Negril Cliffs and many other popular Jamaican attractions.
Housekeeping will come in occasionally for light housekeeping and to refresh linens for guests who book for longer than 7 days. You can also request a helper for additional housekeeping or to prepare meals for a small additional daily fee.
A groundskeeper sleeps on the grounds but does not have access to the house.
