Awesome place to stay and have some quiet time. Mrs. Kitty is wonderful and maintains a really nice property. RV spots, apartments and hotel rooms. Hard to beat in the Carlsbad area.

Good for overnight
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small, so good for overnight. There was a kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, a microwave, a fridge and a desk. The bathroom had a pedestal sink so our biggest issue was where to put our stuff. It was nice to be able to park in front of our room. We chose it because it was more affordable than the hotels in Carlsbad. (We didnā€™t use it but they also have laundry facility on site.)

The space was too small for a couple. Perfect for one person who had an extended stay to use stove and refrigerator Also it could at least have a small night stand beside bed. It was clean and convenient to Carlsbad Caverns
