The toilet in our bedroom was the worst. It needs to be serviced asap! I did not enjoy having to use the plunger to flush the toilet. There was an awful mildew smell coming from the air unit. The filters need to be fresh and cleaned.

Rude staff, no one at the front desk for check-in for 15 minutes and 3 other guests were waiting also. This pla e has definitely went down hill. I will have to find a different hotel to stay at when I visit my family.

Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator had ice build up in the freezer section. Hallway carpet did not appear clean and the hallway had a slight smell of oldness. Carpets in hallway needs to be cleaned. Breakfast area was nice and clean and the breakfast options were good.

It’s a dated property, but our room was clean (thank you housekeeping team) and the BED AND PILLOWS were some of the best I’ve slept in. I actually rested. It was quiet and the folks at check in and housekeeping were friendly.
