Convenient location but bad cleanliness
The location and check in process was great and the front staffs were nice. However, there are hairs from previous stay on the bathroom floors, the beds and the shower curtain. The carpet looked like maybe vacuumed but not thoroughly. Unfortunately, we spotted two cockroaches, one in our room and one in the elevator.

Great stay
It was so clean and comfortable. There was an issue with one of the lamps with electricity being wonky. I reported it upon my departure and the staff was very friendly and apologetic . I would highly recommend this place.

The room was not ADA compliant. The leg extensions had to be removed from the bed. Once the mattress was up there were yellow stains all over it. There was hair clumps left in the shower from the previous occupants. The refrigerator did not work and seemed to be surprised when I asked for them to repair or replace. The general manager was extremely rude and condescending when confronted with these issues. Wanted to know if I had taken pictures rather than going to look for herself. I did not stay the second night, and asked for refund which I have yet to get. The place was overall dirty, the carpet smelled like urine.
