This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Texas Tech University is only 7 minutes away!

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. Working from a computer? This house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a workspace for answering those late night emails! Very clean, updated property!
All the updates were wonderful! Very clean and simple. Garage was a nice bonus. Perfect for a short weekend. The only downside was that you could hear the traffic on Quaker through the night.

Upon walking into the house we encountered the awful smell of pet urine. Owner was unable to offer a different rental, nor able to immediately refund our money until two days later. We were left scrambling for a place to stay on a weekend that had few options available at a reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Very simple check in, backyard was perfect for our dogs, it was clean and well fenced. Adam was great with communication, the stay was overall outstanding. We’ll definitely be wait to be back. Adam was very communicative and I loved having a garage to park our truck in so we didn't have to worry about everything in the bed. It is close to the freeway and it was great place to relax after a day of driving.
