We have stayed at The Inn at the Alpine before and it never disappoints. The property is like an old time Motel from the '60s. Everything is very clean and comfy. The family that operates the motel are very nice and helpfiul. By far the most affordable option in the area. Their dog, Pork Chop will always make you smile. Well worth the trip. We will be back again for sure.

The couple was very friendly. Very nice location. I could only lock my door from the inside which was a bit odd. I would like to see them update the beds and some other amenities but overall Alpine is a diamond in the rough.

Everything was well maintained, we didn't spend much time on the grounds, but it was a quaint, clean quiet property. We saw .mini golf and Barbecue grills with picnic tables on the green space within the confines of the drive and parking lot. There was some hail damage that was being repaired. The roof was freshly re-shingled, and replacement windows were on the way for the office. In the room the water was instantly hot, and was very hot, at that.the tub was quite slippery, but everything was spotless. I would return if i were to vist the area again.

The property is older, but that lends to its charm. The rooms were large and extremely clean! The area is quiet and we got a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!!

The room and price were right.
Family owned and operated with pride and super friendly staff. Our room was much larger than expected, clean, furnishings had been recently updated, and bed was very comfotable. Good value!

Clean “Up-North” Michigan motel
This small family owned motel in Onekema exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, and easy access to the area around it. Sometimes these independently owned property can be a little sketchy, but not this one. It’s not the Ritz by any means, but for the location, price, and a safe place to rest your head.

Amazing gem of a hotel.
Staff was all super friendly. We ended up checking in right at 10pm and there we were treated just as if we were there at 2pm. :) Cute little putt putt golf and mini playground for kids. Rooms are very spacious.
