Grab a blanket and cuddle up next to the wood-burning fireplace with a good book while your guests check out what's on the flatscreen TV. The private washer/dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

Head out on the balcony with a cold brew while you unwind with your tree-lined views. Connect to the free WiFi to find the perfect recipe to try out on the gas grill.

If it's too cold to cook outside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts crafted counters, modern black appliances, and a microwave to heat up leftovers in a snap. Serve buffet-style on the breakfast bar and then gather everyone around the large farmhouse dining room table. Finish the day off by watching the stars come out through the trees.

Treat everyone to a night out at Sam's Steakhouse for a hearty meal that will keep everyone fueled up for the next adventure.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
