The staff was friendly and tried to communicate with us, but their English was very limited. The room was clean but a little bit old.Supermakert Coop very close which is so convenient

It is what it is. A room! A safe room! Close to the station Pretty clean! An all around great place for a bed and a place to call home a few nights.

I stayed here for one night and I definitely got my money's worth. The bathroom and shower were shared with other guests but they were really clean. The food was also great although a bit expensive. The room was a bit shoddy, but I'm not complaining; the beds were clean, towels were provided, the TV had plenty of channels, and I had a sink in the room which made it a very comfortable stay. If I go back to Lugano, I'll probably stay here again

Es wusste niemand, dass ich das Zimmer reserviert habe. Leider entsprach das Zimmer in vielen Kriterien nicht meiner Vorstellung von oreis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Badezimmer war zudem nicht gereinigt.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable, nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans leur parking toute la journée sans soucis. La chambre est correct pour le prix, malgré le peu de pression dans le pommeau de douche et plusieurs fourmis dans la chambre.
