I’ve stayed at SpringHill Suites in Lumberton, NC, several times for business trips, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and really comfortable. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Pros - breakfast was good Pros - receptionist was very pleasant Cons - no coffee or hot water urns available 24 hrs Cons - who puts carpet in rooms now? Cons - NO MATTRESS COVER just a fitted sheet. That’s disgusting. Cons - the shower bottles are placed too high; not convenient for shorter people or children. Con - also in bathroom - who designed the bathroom? The towel placement was not well thought out. Cons - the hotel seems to share a parking lot with a car dealer. Not ideal.
