Guests may meander around the manor house and non-fenced in areas. Buildings, barn, and fenced in areas are off-limits to guests.
We are on the property daily to tend to the animals, but completely respect your privacy. Feel free to say hello!
- No pets (firm, please don't ask)
- Must be over age 25 to rent
- No trash on the ground EVER
- No smoking indoors; only outside smoking permitted (no butts on grounds)
- No parties or events without prior approval
- Do not enter the barn or other structures; they are completely off limits
- Do not enter gated areas
- NEVER, ever, ever feed the animals, ever
- Petting the horses across the fence near barn is permitted, but please do not climb on the fence; no petting animals across the electric fence
- ALWAYS supervise children, they are curious and will be tempted to enter fenced in areas. They could be hurt by the cattle or horses or the ELECTRIC FENCE
- Stay clear from tractors and equipment; no climbing
- Fireplaces closed April 1 - October 31 (outdoor firepits open year-round)
- Septic system: flush ONLY toilet paper (no feminine products, wipes, or paper towels); no food or coffee grounds down kitchen sink
- Report damages immediately
- No firearms
- Please, no shoes indoors (original wood floors, bring your slippers!)
