This is a rustic lodge. The room was clean. However, there were bugs ( millipedes, spiders) in the room.

The resort is in the national park which made hiking and sightseeing easy. The rooms are simple yet comfortable. The food options were delicious. Recommend Brunswick Stew.

I liked the views from the restaurant deck. Overall vibe was rustic and peaceful. Sunset from the Restaurant deck was amazing. Good food! My room's patio was looking into overgrown trees blocking the mountain view, but i was fine because you can just go out and enjoy the view, do hiking in nearby trails. Overall i loved my stay at skyland, i would visit again for sure. Bdw Staff at the front desk and th restaurant were very courteous and nice.

The scenery around the property is very serene. Would have liked to have a MWO in the room. The restaurant were out of cucumber and tomatoes for the salad for dinner and it off sausage for breakfast the next morning, even though we were not late for either.

Worst I ever seen, awful physical condition, dirty and unsanitary rooms , noise level unbearable till 2 or 3 AM. I checked out one day earlier and requested invoice, the answer was stunning “ you did not book with us, you need to call your agent “….so I can check in filthy room, get keys but not allowed to receive invoice for the filthy hotel

A lovely stay
Cute little rustic cabin with a balcony overlooking the hills and valleys. Knee and clean, however a very uncomfortable, hard bed and no mini fridge or microwave so there was no that I can store my leftovers from the restaurant that I ate at on site which was absolutely amazing. Fairly priced and absolutely delicious very surprising

This was a good choice. Didn't expect the refrigerator, ironing board, etc. Was just like a hotel room. Bed was not great but adequate, Could use a good cleaning. Shower was good size but it was a handicap room and we are not handicapped. Location great. Thought the dinner was better at big Meadows. Lots of hiking which was in our plan.

I booked a mountain view room but got a view of trees. I had to get a duplicate key because the first one didn’t work for some reason. The room was clean but didn’t like that the wifi connection didn’t work at all (just needed to do some work stuff). But overall, the stay was pleasant and relaxing.
