89 ascending stairs to this 4th floor hotel was the only downside of Hotel 10. Lviv is full of old buildings, some of which are partly restored. The entry and staircase are very old, but Hotel 10 on the 4th floor is new and a great hotel in the city's downtown. Our rooms were another ascending 24 steps, but we loved having a little kitchenette separate from our large bedroom. Each room had two combo air cons/heaters and separate heaters. The TV had access to streaming, such as Netflix with your account log in. The staff spoke English very well. Coffee and tea were available in the buffet area all the time. A very good small breakfast buffet was available from 8 to 10 each morning. We stayed 5 nights in May 2019.

Beautiful new place, like living in an apartment. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good. Only complaint is you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the front door and the skylight in the room can suck when the sun hits you in the face and wakes you up at 7am. Regardless world definitely stay again. Value for price is very good.

Inacceptable. Accueil Ć  la rĆ©ception dĆ©sastreux. On me demande de payer la chambre Ć  lā€™arrivĆ©e alors quā€™elle est dĆ©jĆ  prĆ©-payĆ©e sur le site. Je dois le prouver pendant 30 min. Le lendemain la rĆ©ceptionniste exige que je signe des reƧus de cartes bancaires qui ne sont pas les miennes. Je refuse et la rĆ©ceptionniste me menace dā€™appeler la police et de me bloquer lā€™entrĆ©e de la chambre. Le sol de la chambre est sale et il faut monter 4 Ć©tages sans ascenseur, ne pas avoir une grosse valise pour sĆ©journer dans cet hĆ“tel. Salle de petit dĆ©jeuner trop petite. Il faut attendre debout pour quā€™une des 4 tables se libĆØre. Ne pas y aller. NĆ©anmoins lā€™hĆ“tel est trĆØs bien situĆ©e.

Oda buyuklugu gayet yeterli, banyosu duş perdeli, saƧ kurutma mak., mini bar, klima,Tv, eşya dolabı, Ć¼tĆ¼ ve masası, dijital kasa mevcut. Odanin tavaninda penceresi var ve gƶkyĆ¼zĆ¼ seyredilebiliyor . Banyodan arasira sanirim binanin eskiliğinden kaynaklı gider borusu kokusu gelebiliyor. 4 tane kahvaltı masası var. Kahvalti gayet yeterli ve Ƨeşitli. GĆ¼n iƧinde her an kahve ve Ƨay icebilme imkani var(Ć¼cretsiz). Otele Ƨıkış merdivenler ile, yani asansƶr yok. Personel ilgili ve gĆ¼leryĆ¼zlĆ¼. Tekrar gelsem yine kalırım bu otelde.
