This place in Terrible. It smells and is dirty. The bed are not comfortable at all and sheets had stains. I do NOT recommend.

I reserved a King Suite room, requesting the lowest floor possible. When I checked in I was given a Double Queen room on the highest floor possible. I know the location is not easy to control, but when I pre-paid for a certain room type and then given a different, lower cost room, that is simply unacceptable. This was booked through a Hotels.com but there was little leeway on the hotel side to correct the mistake.

The cleanliness of our room was terrible.. bathroom had no sink or mirror.mirrors and sink outside of bathroom. Crumbs on carpet, unclean drinking glass rings on table, questionable clean sheets and carpet has not had a deep clean in some time

I don't like to complain but the bed was way too soft when I asked if there was a room with a more firm mattress the answer was they are all the same..and whom ever designed the bathroom layout had no sense of detail or design..why would you put the bathroom sink outside the bathroom..!🤔 It made brushing my teeth weird in front of other people Everything else was awesome

When we checked in we were put in a room on floor one that felt like a basement and it was by then laundry room. We walked in and it had a smell. I asked someone from the laundry room about it and she sprayed something. The smell Didn’t go away and it was so noisy with the staff going in and out with the big laundry bins and talking loud and laughing. I went upstairs to see about changing rooms and the gal was nice enough to change us upstairs. The room smelled better, but she put us right across from the small meeting room that was loud early the next morning with a guest speaker and laughter. We have had better stays but was disappointed in this one

Check-in was quick and easy. The lobby was clean and spacious. Our room was mediocre. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed, as there were bits of trash left and hair on the shower wall. The pool was cloudy both days that we were there and i wouldn't let my kids swim in it. Breakfast was good & the area was kept very clean and fully stocked. There is a definite "Liberty vibe" here. At check-in, my son was asked if he was here for a school tour & was met with a bit of an attitude when he said he wasnt. There is constant Christian music playing in the lobby.
