Die Kommunikation lief eher schlecht, die Ferienwohnungen befindet sich in einem heruntergekommenen Haus und es gibt nur Parkmöglichkeiten gegen GebĂŒhr. Außerdem waren morgens Kakerlaken unterm Bett.

À ÉVITER!
Appartement difficilement trouvable dans la résidence, nous avons du essayer toutes les boßtes à clés de l'immeuble pour trouver le bon! Une fois l'appartement trouvé, le logement n'était pas propre ( traces ressemblant à du sang sur le mur de la salle de bain, taies d'oreillers sales, poubelle partiellement vidée...). Les communs de l'immeuble laissent fortement à désirer. Porte d'entrée qui a du mal à se fermer à clé une fois à l'intérieur. Le seul point positif est la proximité avec la gare Part dieu.

Vous ne serez pas sûr d'avoir votre logement
RĂ©servation faite plusieurs mois Ă  l'avance pour 2 personnes. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  l'adresse, Ă  l'heure indiquĂ©e, mais aucune indication sur l'Ă©tage de l'appartement. Aucune des boites Ă  clĂ© prĂ©sentes en bas du bĂątiment ne s'ouvrait. Nous avons appelĂ© le propriĂ©taire et nous sommes tombĂ©s sur sa femme qui nous a fait attendre 1h sans nouvelles et qui soi-disant ne connaissait pas le nouveau code pour la boite Ă  clĂ©. Mon numĂ©ro a Ă©tĂ© bloquĂ© au bout du 3ᔉ appel, donc impossible de rejoindre cette personne. Nous avons appris par la suite que notre appartement avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©servĂ© par deux autres personnes en les croisant dans le couloir. Le propriĂ©taire nous a finalement rappelĂ© pour nous annoncer qu'il y avait eu une erreur sur Abritel sauf que nous savons que les deux autres personnes ont rĂ©servĂ© via Airbnb. Il nous a relogĂ©s chez une "amie », donc chez l'habitant de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la gare. Sachant qu’il n’y avait aucune possibilitĂ© pour nous de retrouver un logement dĂ» Ă  la forte frĂ©quentation ce week-end lĂ . Nous savons Ă©galement que la mĂȘme chose, c'est rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©e la vieille pour 2 autres personnes. Y a-t-il une arnaque bien rĂŽdĂ© derriĂšre ou une rĂ©elle coĂŻncidence ? Aucune proposition de dĂ©dommagement n'a Ă©tĂ© faite par le propriĂ©taire. Si vous souhaitez rĂ©server ce logement, soyez prudent et appelez le propriĂ©taire 1 semaine avant de venir pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r de ne pas vous retrouver Ă  la rue.

The picture shown on the website does not match the apartment Was difficutl to get the information from the owner about the right adress : he was supposed to send me the information in advance at the end i got to the location very late and after contacting ABRITEL Customer Service The apartement waas very dirty and i had to do the bed on my own not sure that was indicated in the website...

Photos et vidĂ©os Ă  l’appui, nous sommes entrĂ©es dans un immeuble sans sĂ©curitĂ© d’ouverture (en dĂ©pit de l’annonce), une entrĂ©e et des Ă©tages dĂ©labrĂ©s qui m’ont inquiĂ©tĂ©s a l’arrivĂ©e. De nuit aucune lumiĂšre dans les halls, et une porte qui ne peut se fermer, c’est Ă  dire que seul le pĂȘne ferme la porte, ce dont j’ai informĂ© le propriĂ©taire par sms le jour mĂȘme. Les draps ne correspondent pas au matelas, et l’on se rĂ©veille sur le matelas. La cafetiĂšre ne fonctionne pas

C’est un 2 eme Etage sans ascenseur, Les parties communes de l’immeuble sont insalubres.. on se croirait dans un immeuble de marchands de sommeil.. trĂšs bruyant de nuit comme de jour . L’appartement est trĂšs sombre, il donne sur un passage, donc impossible de garder les stores relevĂ©s sinon on vous voit malgrĂ© le rideau. L’appartement est propre , mais il manque des ustensiles . Il y a des placards inutilisables car se trouve Ă  l’intĂ©rieur des outils .. dans la salle de bain, on ne voit quasi rien 
 le propriĂ©taire est joignable facilement.

Les Ă©lĂ©ments de cuisine et SDB semblent assez rĂ©cents, malheureusement beaucoup de manquements: pas de dĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©e, manque un rideau (donc impossibilitĂ© d'ouvrir les volets car la fenĂȘtre donne sur un passage), Ă©norme tĂąche sur la couette !, les bouches de VMC n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©es depuis des mois/annĂ©es, ... C'est vraiment dommage. Bon contact avec le propriĂ©taire
