The charm of the old with its decorative fireplace and hardwood floors, this apartment is located in the heart of Lyon; the area is very well connected by public transportation, with small shops at the foot of the building.

Autonomous entry - Keys can be picked up from a store near the apartment.

It is equipped with the following:

Open kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, oven, 4-burner cooktop, storage cabinets, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, and kitchen utensils. A dining table with chairs for your meals.

Bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), curtains on the windows, small storage dresser.

Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and storage unit, WC. Hair dryer.

Washing machine (please bring your own detergent).

Vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, a few cleaning products.

LINENS AND BASIC PRODUCTS You will find linens and basic products in the apartment upon your arrival.

Regarding linens:

The bed will be prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 kitchen towel, 1 bath mat.
Regarding basic products:

3 rolls of toilet paper.
1 shower gel.
1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge.
Coffee capsules & tea bags provided for your arrival.
Dishwasher tablets.
A few cleaning products. PLEASE NOTE: No oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels (Sopalin). No laundry detergent.

Today, Part-Dieu is a district where people work, but also a destination where it's pleasant to live, go out, relax, learn, or create. A bustling area thanks to its dense public transportation network, Part-Dieu is also a destination known for its commercial spaces, sports facilities, and cultural venues.

Shops The neighborhood offers a wide variety of options. Concentrated and convenient with the Part-Dieu shopping center and the Halles Paul Bocuse, it is more scattered and diverse in the different neighborhood areas. In total, over 800 shops are available in the area, 30% of which are cafes and restaurants. The shopping center has 240 shops and restaurants and welcomes 35 million visitors per year.

Sports and Cultural Facilities Need to entertain yourself or change your mind? You can enjoy a walk on the Nelson Mandela esplanade, a concert at the auditorium, a movie in one of the 14 cinemas, a night at the Bourse du Travail, or for sports lovers, the Halle Vivier Merle and the Garibaldi swimming pool. For a quieter experience, head to the municipal library or the Departmental and Metropolitan Archives consultation room.

To reach the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Xpress towards Part-Dieu station and get off at Gare de Part-Dieu. Then take Metro B towards Gare d'Oullins and get off at Garibaldi. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.
