The breakfast room service where you hang order and time on your door was late and I had to call to ask what was going on. So if you’re on a schedule that may not be the best option. The room was a bit stuffy when I arrived but there were plenty of windows to open. The overall staff and quality of the food was great. The area had a number of homeless people on the street and there was lots of graffiti which I didn’t expect. The location is definitely right in the middle of things with a large public walkway just in front of the hotel.

Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests. Good restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel has a good location near city center and old Lyon. The hotel is quiet although there is a lot of activity nearby. We stayed last year and had a great room. This year, while we booked the same class of room, it didn’t seem like the same. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival an associate took care of everything. There was no parking, so he took our bag up to our room and parked the car, then had the car waiting out front the following morning for an early departure to the airport. He took all the worries out of these details which was helpful as this was the last day of our 15-day European trip. The room was beautiful, and the hotel was located near many wonderful restaurants

The hotel is clean, our room was nice and clean, fresh water every day, the mattress was uncomfortable, large clean bathroom. The breakfast was good, staff very friendly, only one complaint , I love bacon but it was very undercooked.Other than that it was a great stay.
