The staff were excellent, the food was good, didn’t care much for the house keeper she was not pleasant. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet didn’t get fixed until after several complaints

The hotel is situated in a perfect location and overlook the lovely emancipation park, great Interior design both in room and reception area ,the staff was very professional. Excellent stay!

I like that the hotel was environmentally conscious. The decor gives a boutique feel, but some things could use an upgrade. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. It was quiet, quaint, convenient and staff was very friendly.

Great Hotel!
Much smaller than the hotels I typically stay at, but it still had all the essentials and a warm, homey, Caribbean vibe. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, everywhere was neat and clean, there was an amazing fragrance throughout the hotel and the location was central. I took off a star because although a breakfast buffet was included, it was 99% American food. Local dishes had to be purchased.

It's a clean environment, however I had a issue with the low water pressure and the labeling on the shower pipe was in the wrong place . The hot water was where it is saying cold and the cold wateris where it is saying hot, away from that I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you.

Surprised Upgrade
I was upgraded was suite. We usually stay in a regular room but because of the upgrade we are planning to stay in a suite on our next stay. There’s a large bedroom with king size bed. Full kitchen with refrigerator and stove. Two televisions one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The breakfast was included and had good choices.
