This is an exquisite hotel abounding with old world charm and a relaxed resort style layout. You feel as if you have stepped into an earlier period in French history. The outside amenities are truly impressive. They have a beautiful waterfall with lovely gardens surrounding the property. There is a fabulous pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. The rooms are very modern with an old fashioned twist. The restaurant and bar offer great food with a nice ambiance. I’ve been in this hotel numerous years and I am always very satisfied. The staff is amazing, we feel at home every time! On this trip, my wife and I took a massage at the Spa; it was excellent!

Enjoyed the pool area and jacuzzi. The water temperature is great day or night and the pool area is very nice

When doing check-in, you need to ask to be shown where pool is, what are the "advantages" billed to you. No one showed us where pool was, wheregym was or even what was free when using gym. Only 2 coffee pods in room, shampoo bottle half empty, and empty snack packaging left in bedside drawer, which means cleaning only half done.. called x 3, always line busy. Our room was far from reception area and upon doing check-in, we were told to go outside and walk to end of building to use far door!!!!

The building needs a renovation. Carpets smelled musty in areas. Daily parking rate was not expected and added to the total cost of the stay.

Le ventilateur est très bruyant. Frais de séjour de 25$ qui sert à quoi? Parking payant en plus qui ne fait pas de sens. L'ensemble du bâtiment vieillissant. Grande chambre confortable.

The property felt like a mini resort just a short drive to the venter of Quebec City. Travelled with parents and a 7 yr old. Lots of fun activities, from the candy bar to roasting marshmallows to watching Olympics with popcorn. A very positive experience. Also the in room Jacuzzi was wonderful, equip with underwater lights and nice water pressure.
