This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience i have ever had. Avoid at all costs. They charge a 50$ cash deposit on arrival and find silly reasons to keep the money. I brought a cat. Told them about the cat. They kept my deposit because there was cat hair on the bed. This place is horrible in all aspects. Homeless people sleeping outside upstairs. Just awful.

Horrible stay. Argumentative staff over every every single thing. A/C did not work in room they argued saying that’s how it works in every room. Nope. Stayed 5 days they never sent housekeeping then kept my deposit over REGULAR DEBRIS THAT WOULD BE ON GROUND AFTER FIVE DAYS. staff also argued over towels! i guess you’re expected to use the same towels for 5 days straight. Absolutely disgusting. horrible people.

Horrible stay would not recommend. First room they had us in the A/C was barely functioning. After two days we asked for another room and they tried to argue with us over how the A/C was working and that any other room would be just the same. Finally they gave in and we got a different room. IMMEDIATELY notice the difference. room 204 a/c not working correctly. They never come to clean and they argue with you over TOWELS. they expected us to use the same towels for 4+ days. Room was dirty when i arrived and when i left they kept the deposit because the room wasn’t clean.. Never in my life have i heard that i must clean my entire room last time i checked that’s what housekeeping is for. it was neatly stacked bags of trash and they still argued and even called police. Staff was nasty, yelling and argumentative. staff did not provide “policy” that says i must sweep mop and throw away all trash bags from room? beware if you stay here and have children, they do not care and will do anything to keep your money.

Affordable in a pinch
Polite staff, bed and chair in room were very comfortable. Updated tv with plenty of channels. The dog walking area is covered in broken glass and trash though, and there were areas in the room that don't get cleaned enough (like thick dust below the sink counter). Be aware that you're required to give a $50 Cash deposit at check-in.

Room was big, wasnt to dirty besides the bathroom. Loud because of the highway, stairs are really slippery & property smells like weed. Our bedroom door hardly closed, big gap in it and you can tell its been kicked in plenty of times. Beds hard as a rock, pillows were comfy. Show head was also extremely low had to bend over to shower

Used soap in the shower, staff refused to clean the shower I had to clean my own shower. Used syringe on the floor, had to make staff come pick it up. ROACHES!!
