My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was professional, specifically Jessicat at the Front Desk. She went out of her way to help with a power transformer and ensure my stay was memorable. This is my second return visit. The last time I was at this hotel was in 2016, and I had a great stay back then, as I did this time. My only concern is that we asked for a non-smoking room, and the room had smokers in it. The staff quickly provided another room, and the problem was solved. Appreciate the professionalism. DKW

This is my preferred hotel whenever I visit Macau. It is conveniently located with easy access to shuttle buses to the border gate and ferry pier to Hong Kong. The only inconvenience is there’s no taxi station at front of hotel. I like the hotel location within walking distance to eateries. Hotel is nice, clean and classy. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

The room has a moldy smell and some parts are dusty. The floor tile outside the bathroom has a cracking sound when stepped on. Waited for 20 mins to redeem the free pork chop bun which looks miserably small and unappetizing. Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets.
