Faultless, definitely will stay there again. Great facilities. Good choice of breakfast. Live entertainment on a Friday evening. Plenty of parking. The room was spotless & very comfortable.

Great value stay, but felt like five stars
Nice modern hotel, all facilities were good. I enjoyed the pool and spa We had a nice anniversary dinner in the conservatory overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was ok, buffet style, which always mean Ieat too much. Staff were lovely, friendly and efficient The room was great , clean and no noise from adjoining corridor.

Would not stay again. Firstly they market the king room as superior. Paid a premium for it and it’s two beds pushed together with no mattress topper so a big gap. The shower gel bottle was empty. The room was otherwise clean. The spa is underwhelming. The main issue was going for dinner. Pre booked a table. (Alice at reception was lovely). When we got to the restaurant they had no record of the booking. Were told to go sit wherever. 30 minutes we were sat there without menus or service. When I asked if we could have menus we were told it’s bar service. Even though the table next to us were having wine poured and ordering from the menu at the table. Ordered food - food came out was very disappointing quality. Asked the waiter about the missing side dishes. Was another 15 minutes before they arrived at which point we had finished eating and were eager to leave. The website does a fantastic job or marketing an up market luxury hotel. Unfortunately the reality doesn’t match the reality.

Lovely room and nice friendly staff through out. The bar and patio area were nice to relax in and we made use of the spa facilities. The only thing that could have maybe been improved was having more seating and lounging area in the spa but other than that it was excellent.

Arrived and we had been upgraded. Which was lovely and a nice touch. However unfortunayely the bed was clearly 2 singles pushed together and very uncomfotable. The breakfast was very rushed as the lady wanted to pack up. We hadnt asked what time breakfast was and presumed coming down at 9.20 would give us enough time. Apart from that we had a lovely time.

Nice stay barring getting scolded by the shower
It was a good stay apart from the fact the shower only had two temperatures which fluctuated between hot and absolutely scolding! Of which burnt the life out of me.
