I understood that my room may not be ready yet, But since it was valet parking, I would’ve had to leave my luggage which included my work computer with the parking attendants until my room was ready, Which made me a little uneasy. The valet that was helping get my car situated with the front desk and asked if my room was available yet and it was four hours early. I appreciated him checking and the front desk letting me check in early without any prior notice to put my mind at ease.

Everything was phenomenal besides the bed. I prefer a softer mattress but it’s hard to complain with all of the positives at this hotel. If you haven’t been to Madison before make sure to ask the front desk for their recommendations.
