When we got into our room, there was a pocket knife sitting on a table that was open. We told the desk person right away, he tried telling us it was a maintenance man’s pocket knife as he removed it from the table. The window had a piece of metal/stopper that was attached to the track so the window could only open 3 inches. If there was a fire, we had no exit if we couldn’t use the door. Mind you, our room was on ground level. When we checked in and checked out, we asked for a receipt, they couldn’t give us a receipt. All the excuses were given- no ink in the printer, it wasn’t working at that time, unable to give at this time. Never again will we stay here.
