It is a little bit far from downtown and in an average community. A lot of smell of garbage all around the street. Not far for a grocery store and subway station 45 min to the train station and about same for the air port. Easy acces. I feel secure staying there.

Check in was inconvenient as there is no reception, and the check in machine has a bug that I filled out info twice before it gave me the room key. The unit is clean and modern, albeit tiny. There is no condiments or cooking oil if you are planning to use the kitchen. It is good for single or double occupancy but too small for a family.

Great Hidden Gem
It is a very modern hotel in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We really liked it. The second bathroom was definitely a bonus for us. The communication could have been better but that in no way takes away from our stay. The receptionist is also one of the housekeepers and so if you arrive before check-in you will need to ring the bell to get in. Our email stated that we would receive check in codes 24 hours prior to check-in time but we received them after check-in time. However, there are lockers on site to store your luggage if you arrive too early. Just know that they cost a refundable 1Euro. It was a holiday and banks were closed so we had a time trying to get coins. We finally used our card at the ATM, which charged an exorbitant price and then bought something from the corner store. We would definitely stay here again.

Far from madrid center
The suites building was nice but the location or area its shady. Several uber drivers told us to be careful during the night. To go to the Madrid center area (main attractions) you need to take uber or taxi ($16 or 14 euro approx). There was no one attending the front desk only a machine. Only one day we found someone and we asked for additional towels and indicated they were located in a drawer on the lobby. If you are staying one or two nights for work its ok but more nights with family i will recommend staying closer to Madrid center.
