Conveniently located just minutes from the airport. Easy Uber drive from/to airport. Minutes from Barajas metro station and an abundance of restaurants and small shops in walking distance. There is some noise all day/night, but perfect hotel for a quick overnight stay in Madrid.

Clean and simple, note the hotel is not walkable from the airport though regardless of what it says. Prepare to take a taxi. They will try to overcharge

The waitress at the restaurant that was in the hotel was awful. I asked her three times for ice water and she finally brought me a bottle of water and no glass I asked her for a glass and she took away my water. She had no customer service!!

Comparing to last time I was there, they are letting deterioration in at least the room I was in. The main lobby is ok.

Great for a stop over when in transit.
This was a stop over and the horel is located just 9 minutes from the airport with a taxi fee of 20 euros. It is also possible to use the metro if you're on a budget. The room is clean and has tv, hairdryer and aircon. It is modern with a nice redtaurant and bar.. The staff are prfessional, corteous and helpful. The area is not great but convenient for quick acess to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with check-in. It is also very conveniently located close to the metro and it is super easy to reach The Madrid Airport from there. The hotel room was also very spacious, comfortable, and clean with a big bathroom and shower. Also, of extreme importance, the a/c in the room worked very well on a day where it was over 100 degrees in Madrid! The only negatives I have are that breakfast wasn't included in the price (10 euro extra charge for breakfast). Plus, I received this email from the hotel a week ahead of my trip about having to download a special app on my phone in order to access the hotel and get a key to my room but it was completely unnecessary to have the app because everything I needed to check in and get a key was available at the front desk.
