A highlight of our trip! Beautiful space, a convenient location, and staff who were both warm and wonderfully attentive. Our room was quiet with excellent light control, making it easy to rest. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up perfectly each day. Even when we needed help juggling luggage weight for our flight, the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Marta from reception accompanied me to show me all the features of my room such as lights, thermostats, etc. Gonzalo, also from reception, brought me a welcome gift and made me a taxi reservation for a very early trip to the Madrid airport. Good Value in Heart of Madrid

Nice hotel centrally located, friendly staff, check in smooth, magnetic keys are hyper sensitive I kept having to replace them, which meant going back down to the lobby after finding out the key didn’t work (this happened three times). Breakfast was included and it was one of the very best I have had—excellent selection of fresh fruit, buffet style savory delights, local meats, juices, yogurt, all sorts of stuff. received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, shower was good, water pressure strong, coffee machine always full of water, little box of candy with turndown service on the first night. All in all very pleasant and a good value, can recommend.

It is close to everything and convenient to go around. You don’t need a car. Although the room is a little bit small but is very clean. I am coming back Madrid in 10 days and I am staying there again.
