We had a great 5 night stay. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful and the rooftop bar was really cool! Convenient and walkable location in the heart of Gran Via with tons of shopping and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Centrally located in Plaza España near plaza mayor and puerta del sol. Just across the subway exit. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The terrace has a beautiful view of the city. The only negative thing about the hotel is the size of the pool but I did not have time to use it anyway

Hotel con excelente ubicación en plena Gran Vía y cerca de tiendas restaurantes y teatros. Tiene en su roof top las vistas de la ciudad increíbles y el puente transparente. Su desayuno Bufet es muy amplio y muy rico. Volveríamos.

Great location but too busy
I love the location of the Roy as it is close to everything Gran Via. Metro station, bus stops, shopping, etc. The staff was great and helpful but it is such a busy hotel that you may experience waiting lines for check in, breakfast and elevators. The top terrace is the best.
