The hotel was clean, the room adequate but no blow dryer and no way of contacting the front desk as there was no phone in the room. No hand towel or wash rag came with the bath towel. The shuttle service is really bad, the directions at the airport were not clear and therefore I missed the shuttle from the airport and had to get an expensive taxi. Also I booked a shuttle for 7 am and it did not come until 7:30 I had to pay for the shuttle both ways therefore I would expect better service.

Shuttle was not included, it’s a third party company. You have to walk to the hotel beside Ibis. The bus driver was not friendly. They charge 5€ pp. Breakfast was also charged pp.

As basic as I have ever stayed at. Vending machine wasn't working to get a drink, no cups in the room, no where to get a drink at all without drinking directly from the tap. The bedroom ceiling was plaster with holes and cracks and unpainted. Very noisy hotel with people shouting until the early hours of the morning, we left at 4am for a 6am flight so only stayed for 6 hours but that was enough. Room very small but it's was all the other issues that bothered us. We would not stay again and certainly is not a hotel if you have children.

I feel i got a good value for the price. More hot items for breakfast woukd be nice. Also, i tried calling the hotel several times to tell them my flight was delayed and again when i landed but no one ever picked up the calls.

The best thing was the very helpful person who checked me in, made the reservation for my bus to the airport the next morning, helped me so much, was so thoughtful and respectful, helped set up my cell phone to make the bus reservation to the airport. It is really convenient to get to the airport for international flight.

The room was small. The shower was literally next to the beds. The shower drain did not drain well. Standing in 3 inches of water while water overflowed on to the room floor.

Really lovely staff, problem with my credit card which they sorted quickly then were lovely when I was flustered on checking in and gave the wrong details. Only stayed a short time while awaiting a flight but would definitely stay again
