Central location 1 minute walk from Gran Via and the Metro.Communication with the hotel beforehand was very clear and easy too. Room was big and had everything we needed. The room was also very quiet as it didn't face the street. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

This is not a hotel/ We didn't get a code to enter, and there is no reception. I had trouble finding anyone working there. This is a hallway with several rooms. Pictures are misleading. No reception, no security, and no safe in the room. We ended up going to another hotel.

Generally the apartment/room was nice a spacious although as I got a room at the back/inside (internal) of the building there was rather no possibility to get any fresh air or decent daylight. I have attempted to contact the “reception” to enquirer if there would be possibility of later checkout (hotels.com messaging, directly by email and on provided number by text) - no reply whatsoever. Additionally, as I had some morning work meetings, wifi wasn’t much help either. After connecting (what was almost impossible as the connection was dropping) got a message that there’s no internet connection. Tried to contact the “reception” on provided number but with not much luck!

Very easy check in- check out with only one code. It was super great to have the storage luggage at our disposition for the rest of the day after the check out. The room is quite small but super clean with air conditioning good tv a fridge...the location is great at the center of everything yet not in a noisy street

The only place I regret staying at in Madrid. This is not a hotel as advertised and the picture does not reflect the actual room. The owner was very rude as well.

We stayed at this hotel just one night and this was enough. I have very long hair, so when I realized that a hair dryer doesn't work and we have to go to the airport it was like a disaster for me. Just want to remind that it's winter and hotel doesn't have reception to go to ask for another one. Secondly, we've mentioned a blood stain on the duvet cover, I think it was not hard to guess how we felt.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, estaba limpio y cómodo. Sin embargo, no es un hotel por lo que no tiene recepción. 72 horas antes de tu estadía debes pedir las instrucciones para el check in a través de correo electrónico o vía telefónica. El ruido en el lugar fue excesivo. Se escuchaba lo que sucedía en las otras habitaciones y sobretodo en el pasillo (las maletas al correr, las entradas y salidas de otras personas, empleados de limpieza hablando y otros huéspedes).

Just a two star property with basic amenities. The service staff for the most part is unavailable. You rely on Whatsapp to communicate with staff. The bathroom is small. No toothbrush or toothpaste was provided. I would never stay here again as it's not value for money.
