The suite had 3 separate sleeping areas that were better than the photos, but the lighting was almost nonexistent in the main room. Only 2 vertical floor lamps with 1 bulb each, so great for 'mood' lighting but terrible for seeing anything. The beds & linens were comfortable; towels were great and there were even robes and slippers. Be aware, the reservation had my first name as my last so be sure to have a copy of your reservation handy. This has happened to me before overseas. Restaurant: marginal buffet at best. Gift bags of snacks provided at check out. Would recommend if leaving from MAD on early flight as shuttle was on time.

Shuttle Service is literally trash. It’s a tiny van. I ended up taking an Uber both ways. It takes forever to get there and back using the shuttle. Front Desk Staff is pretty busy and cannot take phone calls. Issues can be resolved with communications as first step. It broke down right at that first critical step. Hotel’s physical structure is fine in general. It’s practical for just layovers. I would say it’s not for everyone. If you value your time more than anything else, this hotel is definitely NOT for you. There are better hotels put there with better value for money. Our priorities and needs are different. I would NOT recommend this hotel to everybody.

This is a basic airport hotel for warehousing people stuck between flights. I reserved to attend a conference nearby. Bad mistake. The hotel does not answer questions to their messaging system before arrival. I tried calling three times and spent over 20 minutes on hold each time. The free airport shuttle did not arrive for more than an hour and until I spent 20 minutes on hold and spoke to someone. Even with a half empty hotel they charged €24 for early check-in at 1:30 PM Staff is remarkably helpful. When my keys didn’t work, they made me wait behind someone who arrived at the exact same time as me, while he checked out and asked a bunch of questions about how to get to the airport and the costs, etc., rather than just, updating my Keys. There is no coffee bar available. Just a machine with very bad and very overpriced coffee at €2.65 for an espresso. The machine does not take bills, you need coins or use your credit card each time, and after a few times, of course your card will get blocked by your bank. There is a full restaurant, but they only offer a buffet, meaning a coffee in the morning is €16 or in the afternoon €20. It is unheard of for a hotel Not to have coffee available except machines. I witnessed the staff being quite dismissive and unhelpful to other guests as well as they asked questions. After almost 20 years as a platinum member on Expedia, this is the only time I’ve left a negative hotel review. Management needs to do a complete staff retraining.

While the hotel claims to offer airport transportation, they did not pick up the phone after attempting to call eight times from the airport. After finally getting transportation to the hotel and checking in everything went smoothly. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Was perfect for a quick stay. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. There were no lights in the main living space. Staff was helpful at check-in and getting us taxi when when shuttle was too full on departure. Would be helpful to have information on shuttle when leaving hotel

Shuttle to the airport?
The hotel "offers" a shuttle to the airport, but only offers ONE transfer at 7.30 in the morning, regardless of the flight time. The beds are very odd. Internet was great and place was perfectly clean.
