Its a beautiful hotel that is well located close to 2 metro stops. The hotel has an excellent spa service. Our rooms were also great, the only downside is that is an $$$$ hotel, so if you have a limited budget, this is your first time in madrid and you are planning to expend a lot of time outdoors maybe this is not the best option for you.

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool and rooftop bar were perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Our first Gran Meliá stay and we truly enjoyed the hospitality, the property (rooftop bar and pool area) was a great place to have a pre-dinner drink and watch the sunset. Staff was responsive and friendly and wanted to make our stay wonderful. Near the Royal Palace, Teatro Real, Plaza Mayor, and Gran Via. Thank you Gran Meliá.
