This property is in a quiet area near the airport, so quick for travelers. They advertise a free airport shuttle service, yet upon departure from hotel to airport they have a ONE bag policy on the shuttle, regardless of how many bags we bring in on arrival. We took a taxi.

Perfect for the airport, set in a quiet neighbourhood, nice and quiet, you wouldn't think the airport is so close by. The hotel offers free transfers to the airport, this can booked at the reception. A few minutes walk from the hotel, there are some good bars and restaurants, the hotel itself has some good eating and drinking options. The rooms are modern and clean, our room had a balcony with outdoor furniture but other balcony rooms didn't seem to have outdoor furniture. My only gripe would be the air conditioning, very poor in our room, we couldn't get the room below 29c!

We chose this hotel specifically because of the airport shuttle service. Then we learned that the hotel has very limited shuttles running in the morning. For example, one shuttle leaves at 8:15, then 9:00. and then there is not another until 10:15. There are limited seats on the shuttle, which you reserve when you check in, and they fill up quickly. We ended up having to take a cab to the airport.

Ok for an overnight stay
This is an old-school hotel that has been renovated. It’s comfortable enough for a night, but lacking in charm. Positives: great staff, efficient shuttle service to the airport, quiet neighborhood, new bathroom. Negatives: balcony door didn’t lock, shabby businesses located in the reception area. I’d stay again.

I reserved an executive room; I was given a room on the top floor. The room was very bare, air conditioning did not appear to be working (no moving air from vents) as the room was an unbearable 84 degrees Fahrenheit. When I went to the front desk I was told the top floor rooms were simply hotter. Regardless, I requested and was given a room on the 1st floor. Much nicer and the A/C was audibly working. Efficient transport to airport.

Good option near MAD airport. However, the free shuttle allows only one bag per person (carry on or a big one, but not both) so they will deny boarding and you will have to get a taxi or Uber. In summer, a/c was not working very well.
