Clean modern hotel and 5 min from airport. Very convenient of you have a flight out there next day. Great breakfast service. Very convenient with shuttle airport. The only thing is it's not easy to get to with public transportation but that's a minor issue.

I enjoyed a lovely night at Sercotel Madrid Aeropuerto. The ambiance was fancy, and the amenities were top-notch. The only issue was that the air conditioner took a while to be fixed, but the staff was responsive and accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it!

Lobby and staff were great. Staff was very nice letting us in early. The staff is the reason I give this hotel 2 stars. Very friendly. However, the room was gross. Dirty walls, sticky floors, towels just thrown everywhere in the bathroom. The room was loud, could hear everything on the floor, doors shutting, people talking.. Windows let the dogs bark all night. The restaurant has a small limited menu that is over priced for the value. The meals are not good at all, we had pizza and the burger and were not impressed. I would not stay here again for the price. Disappointed.

Convenient to Airport
The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby has been updated and the breakfast and coffee offerings were really good. The room itself was clean, but it was smaller than I was anticipating. We only stayed for one night, but with two kids and two adults (bunk beds + what felt like larger than a full but smaller than a queen bed) it would have been tough to stay longer than that. They also seem to limit how low you can put the air conditioning - about 72F/22C. To sleep, we like it a few degrees cooler and it was a little uncomfortable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport which was on time and very helpful.
