I loved this hotel. Great location. The staff was wonderful. Pool area was beautiful with a great view. Breakfast was perfect. Would definitely go back.

1- 30mn to check in 2- AC not working had to call 2 times for technician vainly, first night spent without AC 3- second day they decided to Change the room, it took them From 10am to 3pm to sort a room & moved us to a handicap room where no coaches exist, mirrors tilted & no door for bathroom !!! 4- walk up at 4am to 30 minutes of people running in staircase and shouting in next room… had to call security 5- espresso machine not working 6- WiFi not working for 2 days !! Hotel doesn’t deserve a 5 stars hotel and is a rip off!
