one wall was made out of glass and the room wouldn't stay warm. i left after one night of a 3 night stay. one chair and a stool for 2 adults. requested another chair couldn't get it

Bad way to finish a great trip
I really like this hotel as access to MAD airport is great. But the hotel needs to post a warning as in leaving the hotel this morning my wife and I were targeted and robbed by a professional gang of thieves. When we reported it to the police they knew exactly what happened before we could finish . Bad way to finish a great trip

The hotel itself is good. However, the name is misleading as while it is called airport hotel, it is far away from the airport and hotel shuttle is not provided. So you need to pay about 15 € × 2= 30 € just to get to the hotel from the airport.

The first night my son was complaining about a ,bedbugs and I didn’t believe it second night. My wife slept on the same bed and my son slept and she was complaining about bedbugs and then we realize we start searching and we find that the bed was full of bedbugs that I have videos and photos of the place.

This hotel is great for one night in between flights. Our room was clean but basic nothing out of ordinary. We didn't explore around the hotel but looks like a industrial area. The restaurant staff was very welcoming, the food not so much. Breakfast was included which is great. If you are going back to the airport, make sure you get the shuttle as soon as you get there.

It was a nice hotel but two things were a surprise: we had to pay $12 each for a mediocre breakfast, and shuttle service to the airport required booking and payment in advance. I assumed it was a free, on-going service. The front desk staff was superb.

Requested extra pillows and female staff argued about giving them to us , asking why we needed them . Really ! No air - they told us to open window but so much noise and mosquitoes! Small room , no amenities , few toiletries. No answer when called front desk - had to down to get a response. Buffet at breakfast very nice and clean rooms and hotel . Looked like a prison to my husband .
