最悪
チェックインしたら、予約はとつてあるのか、金はいくら払ったのかという質問。予約票を見せても半信半疑。ホテルドットコム、何をやつているんだい。部屋に入れば、これまた大変。消毒液の強烈な匂いで鼻と目がおかしくなりそう。部屋の掃除の悪さを消毒液で補っている感じ。結局、寝ることができず、レセプションのある部屋の長椅子で寝ざるを得なかった。ホテルドットコムに対し、宿泊料の返還を要求する。要、速やかな返答。
