Great location to enjoy the city of Chicago. Room felt large and was a great size for four people. Only one small window, so there was not enough daylight for the room. Corridors felt very narrow and dark. With four people in the room, I had to request extra towels/washcloths every day vs. having enough left in the room four our family.

I liked everything but the lady who was working at the check out counter. A lady of Asian descent was very rude when I asked for a late checkout. Never made eye contact and rudely stated she could give an extra 30 minutes! Who the hell needs an extra 30 minutes

Highly recommend

Perfect location on Michigan Avenue for shops and sight-seeing. Everyone was very friendly. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Wonderful view of the City, especially at night. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was well located. The heater in our room wasn't working but they dealt with it quickly and upgraded us to a different room. What I didn't like was that we were charged $37/day resort charge (to use pool, gym, spa). This was NOT optional and had we known ahead of time (Expedia never mentioned it) we might have chosen another hotel. There are already city and state taxes added. These added after fact fees can add up.

Had a very comfortable stay hotel is in downtown right in the middle of most of the attractions, restaurant. Everything is accessible by working.

We always stay here anytime we are in Chicago Extremely friendly staff- Will, Kibrom and Keenan were extremely helpful and kind each time we needed help The concierge and front desk staff also were amazing. Location is fantastic close to great shopping and dining. Our favorite hotel in Chicago because of the kind staff!!!
