Loved this place. It is in a central area of Magog and close to the highway and other areas that made it easy to explore the Townships. They allowed pets so we travelled with a cat who enjoyed the balcony. Unit was very spacious so cat litter placement was a non issue. The place backs onto a railway line and the train runs 2x per day and blows a loud horn. When asleep it was a non-issue for us but would be a problem for a light sleeper. Roof has a nice terrace, sauna & hot tub we used every day. All clean.

Condo neuf. Bien équipé mais pas assez de lumière. Grand balcon mais vue sur le système de ventilation de l'autre bâtisse. Pas de porte dans la grande chambre( vitré qui donne sur le salon et la cuisine). Bref, tres mal pensé. Je ne retournerai pas.

Very nice location and beautiful suite. We were on the first floor and we could hear the garage door opening and closing. Thankfully ut was quiet during the night. The train passes outside but none at night. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Our stay in Magog

The property’s location is very good. It is modern and clean. When we booked, we assumed that a suite with two large bedrooms would have also two bathrooms but we only had 1 bathroom to share amongst 3 adults. Also, it took 24 hours to get a toaster and there wasn’t a wine bottle opener in the kitchen witch was odd as we had plenty of wine glasses. Little things that matters.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated the underground parking garage. Located right on the Main Street, everything you could want or need, food, shopping, flowers, etc, was available conveniently. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel right at the center of everything! Shopping (too many to list), restaurants (a lot of), grocery (Metro Plouffe), entertainment (Vieux clocher), green space (Parc de la Pointe-Merry), etc., etc. Great staff. Very very clean. We already reserved for this October!

Our balcony had a view on an old wall. The wall of a bar. On Saturday nights, the bar has a big party with a lot of huge speakers and a DJ on its terrace. No one in the hotel slept, the walls were shaking. Even with ear plugs, white noise and a pillow on our face, it was still incredibly loud....until 03h00 am. There also is a train track just beside the hotel. The train is still operational and whistle very loudly around 6h00 am. Do not stay there if you actually like to sleep.

Nous étions épatés par la grandeur du condo et des terrasses (celle de la suite et celle sur le toit), le décor, les commodités (gym, sauna, spa, ustensiles de cuisine, etc) ainsi que la proximité de tout ce que le centre-ville de Magog offre (restos, épicerie, SAQ, piste cyclable, quai, etc). Notre famille était bien installée et nous avions profité des différents attraits que l'hôtel possède. Nous étions reconnaissants de l'accueil du personnel ainsi que de la rapidité avec laquelle les différentes équipes ont répondu à quelques-uns de nos soucis (autant du côté service ménager, que de la supervision, et de la réception). Fantastic place to stay, wonderful views and walkability, awesome attentiveness by Staff…enjoy and must be open to area noise, we loved it completely!!!
